Working with Aaron at my apartment buildings gym has been amazing. Not only is he super knowledgeable, he’s also super friendly and makes working out not intimidating. I started out pretty familiar with gym setting and being active, but I was always worried about whether or not I was performing workouts safely and correctly, as well as making sure I will be seeing progress and making my workouts worthwhile - especially as a tall woman working long shifts in the service industry.
